Patterns in Nature

The project, Similarity within Diversity, explores how the myriad patterns in nature are not as random as they might appear; and how mathematics, for example the Fibonacci sequence and Golden Section, plays a role in their formation. By using macro photography to focus on various examples of flora, fauna and minerals, the surprising, underlying similarities between entirely unrelated structures are revealed.
