The series Correspondence combines 'found' photography with new photographic work. A chance discovery of old postcards at Greenwich market inspired the artist to retrace the depicted locations. Exhibited alongside the original postcards, these new Images highlight changes in landscape and communities. By using the written message from each as the title, the work becomes not only a critique of changing spaces, but a hybrid of landscape and conceptual social documentary.
